3. How We Use Your Information

  • Generate and deliver unique QR-based access passes for registered event attendees.
  • Provide real-time check-in verification and attendance tracking to event organizers.
  • Send event-related communications including confirmation emails, reminders, and updates.
  • Compile anonymized analytics and reports for event organizers about visitor patterns and booth traffic.
  • Improve our platform's features, performance, and user experience.
  • Respond to customer support inquiries and resolve technical issues.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms of service.

4. Sharing of Information

We share your personal information only with the event organizer who registered you for their event, third-party service providers who assist us in operating our platform (under strict confidentiality agreements), and as required by applicable law or legal process. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy. Event attendance records are typically retained for 24 months after the event date. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us, subject to our legal obligations to retain certain records.
